Issues with Cloud Storage Sync

Playing Lego Marvel Superhereos 2

Went to load game, it showed 0.0% when last played was 70%.

First thing, deleted local save game and then relaunched game. Sync took place from Cloud and then loaded still showed 0.0%

Second, I deleted profile from the console and then reinstalled the profile and then rebooted machine. Launched game. Cloud sync happened still showed 0.0%

The thought of starting over is not very appealing. Do you know if there is anyway to go back a previous day with a Cloud Sync. All other save data in other games is functioning fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hey there, so a couple things to try. In addition to doing a hard reset (while the console is on, hold down the power button for 10 seconds), if you can afford the time to wait and try it, I would uninstall the game completely and then re-download it and
still clear out the cache memory once the game is uninstalled just in case.

That particular game is not very old, and the cloud save should be there somewhere. However if you try all those options and it still isn’t coming back, before giving up, contact the game developer or check their forms to see if this is happened in the past
and what steps might be able to fix it

cloud storage sync error messages. Sometimes with sync issues it could be due to internet reasons also.

Spoke with ms support and their attempting to re-sync my cloud storage. Apparently 48hrs to do it. Seems its a cloud issue
