Issues with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on Xbox One

Hi, looking for some help.

I've been trying to play Call of Duty Black Ops 2 on my Xbox One. However, whenever I play the game I will disconnect from Xbox Live. I will remain connected to Xbox Live on my Xbox One but on the 360 emulator I will be disconnected. I've only had this issue
on Black Ops 2. I've played other games through the 360 emulator and I have had no issues with disconnecting from Xbox Live.

I have looked up the issue a bit and I've tried some of their solutions. I've already tried clearing my local cache multiple times. I have also tried power cycling my Xbox and rebooting my router. None of these have solved my issues. I've tried reinstalling
the game 3 times now and I still disconnect. I have also tried playing the game on other accounts on my Xbox. Nothing I've tried has stopped me from disconnecting on Black Ops 2 alone.

I still own my Xbox 360 so I could try installing the game and playing it there to see if it works. I'll try that later and update the post to let you know how it works when I do try it that way.

I'm at a lost on what to do to fix my game, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Thank you!
