    Issues with Black Ops Cold War game


    Hi I've been trying to play my cold war game on my series X but every time I click on the game it pops up with error collar 43 good wolf and also pops up with purchase black ops cold war campaign multiplayer and zombies and 13 new characters.I pre-ordered the ultimate edition game back in October 2020 and played the game up until the 30th of April and now I can't play it.I decided to play modern warfare and warzone and it loads up fine with everything that I purchased for black ops cold war.I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and unplugged my internet and reset it and it is still the same and I can even play other games.I have talked to activision/callofduty and they told me to contact xbox support.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
