Issues with billing

Hi! I have an issue when i try to get xbox live gold. It asks me to give a billing address.. the problem is when it comes to give the geographical location i can only choose between USA states and not my state. It is like he thinks im from america, but im
from europe. So i cant get xbox live gold because of this little issue. Can someone give me an idea on how to fix it? In my basic information my location is right, its just when i try to bill that he says i can only choose between american countries.

I have added a new payment option on my account and have already been billed on it but am recieving emails from MS that they cannot charge my other card that I closed months ago. I cannot delete this card because MS is trying to charge it. What do I do
to resolve this?

 

Billing issues

You can't remove it because you owe money on it. You can try swapping the balance to a different card at commerce.microsoft.com or you can contact support and have them change the balance to a different card for you.

 

Check your account at
http://commerce.microsoft.com and make sure you did choose the correct country when you created your account. If it's listed as the US there, you would need to migrate your account to the correct region.

If it is correct and you're still running into the issue, you'll want to try contacting support and speak to billing.

Ok so .. i checked my infos and they are right ... but billing infos are wrong because he links my account to an email which i created a while back and that email was meant to be fake and location is set as default to united states and cant change it...
I have to add an info: my account was connected to this old and fake email but almost 1 year ago i switched my xbox account to the right email and wanted to delete the old email ... it worked now i have the right account on the right email but still the same
location problem ...
