    I hope that all is well and that everyone is staying safe and healthy. I have been having several issues with purchasing and downloading newly realized backward compatible games on my Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Typically, I would buy backward compatible games on the Xbox 360 marketplace and download the games to my Xbox 360 and Xbox One with no issues. Sadly, this is not the case now.

    Issue #1 - I was able to successfully purchase Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3, Manhunt, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, Red Dead Revolver, Star Wars Clone Wars, and Star Wars Episode 3 but they are NOT downloading to my Xbox 360. It says unable to download. I was able to successfully download them to my Xbox One though. Typically, newly release backward compatible OG Xbox games for Xbox One are able to be download to Xbox 360 too. I remember a similar issue happening a few years ago and it was eventually fixed. Hopefully, it happens now.

    Issue #2 - I was able to successfully buy and download Sacred 2 Fallen Angel to my Xbox 360. However, the Xbox One is not recognizing the purchase. It is asking me to buy it again. Interestingly, the Xbox One recognize the purchase of Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3, Manhunt, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, Red Dead Revolver, Star Wars Clone Wars, and Star Wars Episode 3. Even though I bought those games and Sacred 2 Fallen Angel from the Xbox marketplace on the website.

    Issue #3 - After several attempts, I was able to successfully purchase Gladius, Otogi: Myth of Demons, Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors, Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, Star Wars Starfighter Special Edition, and Dead or Alive 4. However, these games are not showing up to be download on my Xbox 360. In fact, they are not in the Xbox 360 marketplace. I bought them from the Microsoft Store. I was able to successfully download them to the Xbox One. But, I want them on my Xbox 360 too.

    Issue #4 - After several attempts, I am still unable to purchase NIER. I was having a similar issue with Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, Star Wars Starfighter Special Edition, and Dead or Alive 4 too but eventually those were able to be purchased. It is saying I need to sign into Xbox Live but I am. I tried on both the browser and Xbox One.

    If anyone have any suggestions, please feel free to share. But please no wrong information or assumptions.

    I cannot detail exactly why, however, the behavior on the back is what we have to look like when it comes to how the process of purchasing to connect your order history to the Xbox Network to ensure that on its available platforms, that it is available. So, when you purchase the game, you are purchasing the right to access and download and somewhere in that process, something is, I presume, not working as intended. Which [art, I don't exactly know, but I know that when this happens, that is usually where the issue occurs.

    Happy Wednesday! I hope all is well and that you are staying safe and healthy. Thanks for the following up. I have been checking everyday. Nope, the full Dead or Alive 4 game is NOT in the Xbox 360 marketplace website or on my download history on the Xbox 360 console. I can only access it digitally on my Xbox One.

    Thank you, John. Okay, LeoAmes17 was correct. Thank you, LeoAmes17. I see that message under Advent Rising, Gladius, STAR WARS Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, and STAR WARS Starfighter Special Edition (ironically not under Otogi: Myth of Demons and Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors but maybe the website needs to update). I am truly sadden by this but I understand. Thank you both very much.

    Okay, I will wait for Dead or Alive 4. I was able to download it to my Xbox One. I am just trying to download it to my Xbox 360. I won't have access to either Xbox until Sat Dec 4th.
