Issues with adult content on the trending section in new update.

I have recently notice a very volatile trend withing the community on the xbox one within the community section where it shows trending content. There has been a trend lately where people are posting lewd content of women showing their breasts in excess
or with people posting photos on anime characters and video game characters in lewd or what would be considered sexually provocative poses.

I have spent the last few days trying to contact the enforcement team over this and was supposed to have a call from them within 24hrs and microsoft failed to deliver on that promise. I have also tried working with support on this issue for over an hour
and a half; we tried resetting the system and also adjusting the content settings to that of a minor child and these items still are able to by pass all of the safeguards that microsoft supposedly has in place to protect my children as well as all other users
from this type of content within the xbox live community.

These people are posting things that go against the code of conduct that microsoft has put in place to protect its users, however I have received and enforcement action within 60mins against my account for calling the user's posting the garbage perverts
and calling them out on these sexually provocative posts that are by passing all the safeguards in place. Yet, these posts remain up for days but my comment can be removed within 60mins.

If you go to the community on your xbox one then to the trending section you will see what I am posting about. As an adult I could careless that it's on my xbox one however what is trouble some is that this content is by passing the content restrictions
on my childrens xbox ones because it goes trending within the community, and their is no option to delete this feature from my childrens xbox ones.

My 14 year old daughter has become so repulsed by this feature that she doesn't even want to play on her xbox one because she now doesn't like microsoft because they are allowing this content. My sons, thank god have not yet found this feature as they are
both 12 and 11 years of age and at the point where they can become influenced by these types of posts within the community.

As a Xbox ambassador I am finding myself losing all faith in the way Microsoft is designing the system and how they are trying to turn a gaming console into a social media outlet that is mixing adults and minors together and allowing flaws that bypass content
restrictions parents can use to protect their kids from these type of external influences.

Microsoft is taking something I have been apart of for over 9 years an enjoyed and making rethink my choice of console for my family and my household. I find it utterly despicable that I have received two enforcement actions within 4 days for words those
being the first in my 9 years while people are allowed to post sexually charged content and lewd photos and videos that are allowed to go trending and past all safety measures.

I would post the photos of the screen shots I have been saving for the enforcement team here, if they ever get a hold of me like I was promised, however I dont want to get a ban nor an enforcement action over them.

Microsoft has my phone number and email addresses and I would like an official response and action taken by the enforcement team to keep this a clean and healthy community as it stands now I am not going to invest my time or money into another Microsoft
product until I start getting official responses and see them being proactive to protect not just my children but everyone else's children from these adult oriented posts.

If you're going to respond as a Xbox one end user / consumer with negativity you're only helping fuel the issues within the community that are making it toxic, there is no place for hatefulness here as this is a outlet for people to come together and set
aside differences and enjoy their games together not bash one another and tear the community apart.

so why the change it's more ugly now... the Popular and Trending used to tell you how old the clip was, with the new update it does not, only the number of views.

 

Xbox Live Home content won't update!

Please help me with this! My xbox home screen doesn't receive the deals of the week and such.

And I don't mean like I can't update the Xbox Dashboard, because I have the newest update, but it doesn't update regularly with content, maybe just once every 2-3 months.

F.eks: Right now I have the "Time for mexican wave?" football thing, and BB Racing and Forza 4 on my Xbox Home, and Kinect Sports 2 on Games section, on the videos section I have Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked and so on! It has stayed like this for weeks!

However, my friends Xbox Home content updates all the time with new content, he has the "deals of the week" thing, that I don't and so on! PLEASE HELP!

Btw; I do get all the new content, like demos, DLC and such, just not the "frontpage" update!

The enforcement team will never call you so whoever told you that has given you the wrong info.

Report any content you see that you think violates the ToU/CoC via your console.

That is the only way to bring it to the attention of the enforcement team.

 

Agreed. We need to be able to turn it off from Family settings, or even console settings (I don't ever want to look at it) ...
