I have updated my security entering codes provided but still will not log on to account, help please

Add Security?

Hi a couple of days ago the xbox told me i have to add sercuity to my xbox so i type in my xbox live email and password and they are correct but then it tells me. Your password is incorrect or the email does not have xbox live those 2 our false. I
brought 3 months gold like a couple of weeks ago and its getting wasted i need help because my gold is getting wasted

Everytime i attempt ti log into my x box live, i am told that i need to confirm my email and password on my account. So, i do that. It gives me the same error code everytime. I’ve tried everything. I need help. I know its not an issue with my email or password.
The error code i recieve : 80072741

0) If any of these steps to do on a PC or Mac shows you a message about a Blocked Account, please follow the onscreen instructions to Unblock it.

1) Go to http://account.live.com and sign in then go to Edit Security Info. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

2) Go to http://xbox.com/accounts to click on Billing Contact Information at low left and sign in. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

3) Go to http://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in then review the payment info. If there's an out-of-date card or PayPal account, please add a new payment method then delete the old one.

4) Back to the console; can you sign in there now?
