    Issues with achievements


    Hello there,

    I have an issue with my gamer profile.

    I got a ban in 2015; the support said me this : "The suspension started on 7/25/2015 and will end on 7/26/2015". A one day ban.

    From this ban to now, ALL my achievements on xbox 360 disappears. I contacted many times the support, restart the xbox 360, the xbox one, unlog on my xbox 360, on my xbox one ... In many post it is said 'wait 24 to 72hours' I'm waiting for 3 years now ...

    I can see the success that I unlocked before, I can see their icons, the date that I unlocked them ... But it don't count on my gamer profile.

    And I can't re-unlock them (I tried on many games) ...

    I really need help now ... It represents a lot of hours of games (like on Halo reach Multiplayers; just an example many others ...).

    Issues with achievements

    Has this issue been resolved for you guys, yet?

    I'm having the same problem with Bioshock: Infinite -- which I just recently purchased in the XBL Countdown to New Year Sale. Where my achievements are, it's showing that I have, only 10 of 80 Achievements unlocked (75G) when in-fact, I have 45 of 80 (725G).

    I find this very odd, as nothing like this has ever occurred in the time I've been using my console, (since release).

    Issues with achievements

    Same happened with me and "A World of Keflings." I earned all 450 of 450GS but when I hit the guide button and look under achievements, it says 400 of 450GS. When I click on Keflings, it shows that I have all achievements.

    Since that is not a rewards program issue, rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try posting in the Games and Apps forum for advice. You may also want to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you were given a gamerscore reset.
    If that is the case, resets are permanent and you can no longer re-earn those achievements on that account.

    Achievement Issue

    Seen this quite a bit lately.

    It's not a Gamerscore reset.For some reason a few people have had some of their Gamerscore disappear but it has returned a few days later.

    You can try removing your profile & re downloading it to see if that helps but if not & your Gamerscore hasn't corrected itself after a few days then post back.

    I am having problems with Ilomilo (WP). I unlocked two early achievements during a time where it was rumored xbox was down due to ddos.

    Game: Ilomilo

    Platform: Windows Phone

    Name of Achievement(s): "gaining ground" (get to chapter 1) and "move on" (complete 6 levels on ch 1)

    Unlocked on: I believe it was unlocked on 2/17/15 or 2/18/15

    Troubleshooting Steps: I received the indication that the achievement was unlocked on my phone but it never synced with xbox.com. I went through and finished the later level achievements hoping that would force it to sync but that never happened. I also
    tried deleting the game from my phone and reinstalling. I was able to re-earn the achievement but it still did not sync.

    Upon deleting and redownloading my profile, everything seems to be working fine. It was mentioned in your troubleshooting tips, and saw it on trueachievements.
