Issues with achievements in Ultimate Custom Night

I have been playing a game called Ultimate Custom Night for some time now, unlocking 5 out of the 10 achievements already, but now they aren't unlocking. I have done the requirements for 2 of the achievements at least 3 times each but it still won't unlock. I have tried deleting my save file from the game and my computers settings as well, delete & re-install, and disconnect and reconnect from my WIFI but none of it works. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and/or have a solution, thank you.

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about this matter.

Does the issue happen only to this specific game?

Be sure to follow the steps below:

• Right-Click on the app (game) tile in question and select "Uninstall (this works easiest from the start menu)".
• After the app (game) has been uninstalled, open your computer's search bar (by hovering your mouse in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen), and select "Search".
• Type "wsreset" and press enter.
• After you see a confirmation, the store cache has been reset.
• Now reinstall the app (game) in question.
• Attempt to unlock the achievement again.
If the achievement is showing as unlocked, but you're not seeing the Gamerscore from the achievement added to your total Gamerscore and the unlocked count for the game in question is incorrect: Head over to your profile on Xbox.com, view the game and achievement in question on your profile, then wait a full 72 hours for things to process.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue with Diablo. I finished Act 5 last night and have 3 achievements sitting locked at 100%. I've replayed about 5 times and gotten 3 more achievements since last night when the issues were going on and haven't gotten these
*locked* achievements yet.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with two games showing up. Is it possible someone had used your Xbox One who had access to Skulls of the Shogun and accidentally started it up while you were still signed in? Currently there isn't a way to hide

I've also had this issue since Thursday night around 10:30 PM CST. Cannot access Achievements app and achievements are not popping.
