issues with account showing incorrect information about my achievements

To whoever reads this I hope all is well.

My name is Ben and I've just had a lovely chat with Xbox support member Nolan S about an issue with my account and he directed me here.

I was looking through my account on the Xbox one X system and went into the achievements tab and noticed something strange, all my old games from my 360 days (examples, halo 3, crackdown, TC H.A.W.X and all general 360 games) are showing incorrect data about
the activities.

On the overview list of all the games played on my account they are showing zero gamerscore, for example halo 3, if you look on the overview list it says 0G but then once you click on the game and go into that particular games menu it's giving me the MVP
status with all the achievement unlocked with completion dates.

Any help you can provide with be amazing,

Staying on the title of the thread and reading previous threads are important. No worries, such is the nature of forums everywhere. This thread is about OneGuide showing incorrect information after TWC changed the lineup. As Studbucket33 said you can PM
me or him, with the information requested (see post above by Studbucket33), only if the OneGuide has incorrect data: example, HBO shows as 59 but is actually 155.

Download old profile to new xbox-

The achievements are held on your account on the Microsoft servers. If your account isn't showing achievements it is likely you have accidentally used the incorrect login details for the account you wanted to access.

Try www.xbox.com/forgot to check the email associated with the gamer tag is the one you expected/have logged in to.

 

Usually that's a sign you've been given a gamerscore reset. You would have to try going to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it shows it and if it is allowed for a case review.

 

Thanks for your reply smwutches I checked the link you provided and it's saying I have a perfect track record.

Any other help would be appreciated

 

I also spoke with support member Mark L. He looked on my account and could not find any record of a gamer score reset.

Ultimately it's not a huge deal but I would like to have any more information regarding this issue and if it could be resolved that would be great cheers

 

Your gamerscore is hidden so it's kind of hard to tell anything else. Support does not handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't have information on a gamerscore reset.

 

Okay well what do you need from me to get this issue resolved?

 

Ultimately there is nothing anyone on the forums can do since we're all just fellow gamers. If you unhide your achievements we could look through them to see if it was a gamerscore reset, but other than that there's nothing else we could do.

The only people you could contact would be support. There's not really an achievements team.
