Issues With A Player Stalking and Being Overly Aggressive

So i've been having a problem with a recent clan member, I left the clan weeks ago and since then he continues to stalk me in every lobby, talk trash to those i'm playing with, make threats and obscene comments. I have removed him as friend, blocked communications,
avoided player, filed complaints, called Microsoft Support, and even appeared offline yet he can still join my lobbies. The agent I spoke to from the support number recommended that I make this post. I have tried having people I play with avoid him and appear
offline as well but yet he is still able to join. I want this resolved and contact to be severed. His IGN : [Mod removed] Thanks for your time. Hope I posted this in the right section.

I got hammered on 'Trash Talk', 'Overly Aggressive' and 'Quit Early'.

Guess thats what you get for playing CoD!

Still listed as a good player though.

Player Overly Aggressive and Nonsupporting Filing Complaints On Me?

Best thing you can do is report or block as follows:

From a game lobby:

• Select the player

• View Profile.

• Select File Complaint.

• Give a reason for filing the complaint: i.e. trash talking or cheating

In Call of duty:

• Push Y to go to your friends.

• Go to recent players.

• Select the person you would like to report.

• Click report player.

• From here you have 4 options to report the player Offensive language, Exploiting, Cheating, Boosting

Or mute and block as follows:
support.xbox.com/.../mute-block-avoid-players

If cheating, hacking etc. are so prolific with somebody you will not be the only person complaining/blocking. Once enough people do they are usually investigated and banged etc.

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done anywhere else.

Due to the amount of complaints the enforcement team get it will take time for your report to get investigated.

As you've already blocked this person they are probably following you via your friends & there's not much you can do about that i'm afraid.

The only other thing you can do for now is set comms to friends only

One complaint all it takes. If someone that keeps reporting you and if you haven't done anything wrong you don't need to worry. That person who kept filling False Complaints could end up getting Suspended themselves.
