Issues with 40% off 6 months Xbox live deal

Every time i go to open up the deal for 6 moths for $23.99, it opens up the payment method screen, i select confirm purchase, and it simply closes. I have bee ntrying for about an hour and can't seem to get it to pull through!

I would suggest you contact xbox support, if its a timed deal and you wait until the deal is over they will tell you there is nothing they can do as you have no way to prove you tried to make the purchase, contact support here:

Let hem know you are having issues, after trouble shooting if they can not help they will escalate and this way you have a better chance of getting the deal.
