Issues with 360 Marketplace

    Issues with 360 Marketplace


    I have been trying to download Left 4 Dead 2 digitally from the Xbox 360 store for a while now. Every time I do, it takes me to the confirmation page and I confirm the card I want to use then it just spins a green wheel and nothing ever happens. I have cleared my cache and tried another browser. Does anyone have any sugestions?

    UPDATE: Now when I go to account info, it says I don't have Xbox Gold when I do. I also got a new error code, 8007274c.

    I tried all of the troubleshooting on both pages, so I guess I'll try updating like Esteban said and if that doesn't work, contact Support. Thank you

    The post above is great but if this is happening solely on the 360, the console might need to be updated again.

    What I recommend if trying Solution 7 (because it's the fastest one) of the steps provided our website at

    please see this link in regards to error 8C230002 it will have several steps to try and solve this issues:

    After that try the purchase again, if that fails then also check the support page for the error 80072741 here:

    If it still fails then you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, since it could be a billing related issue.
