Issues with 10.0.10586.1202?

Not sure if the update has caused my issue, but the timing seems suspicious. I turned off my xbox this afternoon, when I tried to start it again, it was just sitting at a black screen.

I've hard reset (held power button for 10 seconds) a few times, disconnected all cables etc, but after the splash screen, I just have a black screen. I've left it for 30 minutes on the black screen.

If I put a disc in, the game loads no problems. If I press the xbox button on the controller (to drop back to the dash), nothing happens. If I hold the xbox button, I get the prompt to turn off the system. Seems like it is simply not loading the dashboard.

I understand the system update offline diagnostic tool is probably my next port of call, but I was curious if anyone else has had an issue with the update?

I didn't see the update download or install, just noted the release of it correlates with my issue.

Issues with bovines

2 weird cow stories from yesterday. There was a guy with a cow by the road when I went in a building. When I came out the cow fell from the sky dead. I guess a dragon got him.

A little later I'm traveling down a road and run into what looks like a water buffalo... I just keep walking and right next to the road is a giant. He was breathing heavy and didn't do anything. I turned around and went back just to see what was going on.
Nothing. I know giants aren't really aggresive but I expected more than that!

 

Issues with Youtube

Lately there seems to be an issue with Youtube on the Xbox 360. I try to load up a video to watch and get a message saying "Video is not available in your country". I live in Canada and the video will play on the pc. Anyone else having this problem?

Same issue, xbox works fine until thursday 4/28, try to start it today, black screen...

i'm downloading the the last osudt2, hope it will fix it...

 

I tried all of the offline updates, no luck. Cant even reset to factory default settings. I have contacted the retailer and am replacing it under warranty.

 

For completeness sake, when attempting an update with the system update offline diagnostic tool i received the following

Then, when trying to factory reset

Has this been resolved for anyone? I just started getting this issue recently. Xbox One was working fine. I am running the offline diagnostic tool. Keeps giving me an error - E200 0000001A 00000000
