    Any of you guys have issues with this system? Like almost EVERYDAY I must do a hard reboot and most of the time it doesn't even work!!! When it happens, I can't create a party or join one, can't play online, it always tells me "Something went wrong" LIKE
    HELL I NOTICED THAT... Can't do any s***. Sometimes I can't load my savefiles, like ever, sometimes I can only play Offline....... Been like this since day One, and I'm really f****** tired of that. By the way my internet network at home is fine, it's just
    this stupid system that mostly never works properly. I'm really thinking about selling this s***

    Blu Ray Player will not read movies

    Im also having issues with blu ray movies. Any movie i try blu ray screen appears but movie wont play picture just audio and the white loading circle keeps spinning. This began after last update and at same time kinect has been constantly turning on and
    off. Is this getting fixed in April or is my system broken?

    Unable to connect to party.

    I'm having issues. My friends invite me to a party and I either see a white X next to my name or a white X next to their name. Please look into this.

    So i basically meant that i made a refund appeal and they sent me an email that theyr proccesing it and my money shall enter my account soon,but its been 2 weeks since that email and my money still didnt showup my account

    Reply to the email you received informing you of the refund. In his response, he explained that he has not yet received his refund. This is the only way to appeal and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    If you have not received an email informing you of the refund after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk folder, I recommend you request a refund again using this alternative link:

    https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    If your refund is denied this time, you should receive an email informing you of the rejection as this is the only way they communicate this information when a refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, reply to it as I mentioned before.

    Remember that this is a public forum of the Microsoft community where we are players like you who try to help/guide other players to find the solution to the problems they are experiencing, however we do not belong to Microsoft, this means that we do not have access to the accounts or information of other players.
