    Issues while trying to play a retrocompatible game. (Can't log on)


    Currently trying to play Mirror's Edge in the Xbox One S with the emulator (360), but when I launch the game, the profile that I'm logged on doesn't appear, and when I try downloading the profile, it says the credentials are wrong, when they clearly aren't.

    I've logged on the Xbox account via web browsers with the same credentials, so I know it isn't the credentials.

    I have no idea why it doesn't allow me to download the account.

    This issues happen with the Xbox One version of the game, I am not playing it through the retrocompatibility feature.

    Hello, are you playing in a dematerialized version or are you using a 360 disc? The game you're trying is a retrocompatible game? Has it ever worked?

    I purchased season pass for black ops 2 on xbox one but when I try to install the dlc through the game it says premium content is blocked for this profile I have tried a variety of fixes

    Hmm this is a well known issue with retrocompatible black ops 2

    Do you currently own a 360 console to try a workaround?

    I think you cant see him because he's playing an xbox one game. Tell him to try to lunch a 360 retrocompatible game and then check if you can see him online then.
