issues while playing games on win 10

so, i have been playing games sometimes on my win 10 hp laptop and from 2-3 weeks i am facing an issue about my fps

the thing is that when i start playing minecraft it shows me 60 fps which is quite satisfying but after continously playing it for half an hour my fps goes from 60 to 10 instantly i then i have to restart my game for getting my fps back but after sometime the problem repeats (btw i get this issue on roblox also ) what should i do??

this problem also comes after continuosly watching videos for half an hour on google chrome and my gaming mode is on and performance is high and.... how to check the model number number on hp ?

ok so i haven't tested it on games yet but i am facing the same problem on google chrome also i get lag after watching video or lecture for a little amount of time like 1/2 hour or more and i took the screenshot of task manager and aida64 after getting lag in google chrome

sorry about the task manager not showing clearly but cpu at that time was 10 to 15 percent

The software is very intuitive. After installing it, open AIDA64 extreme and go to computer, then sensor. The sensor will show you the temperatures.

ok i will install aida64 but what process will i have to do for getting cpu and gpu temperature

and also will i need AIDA64 or AIDA64 extreme for this process

ok so all i have to do is just do something so that my cpu wont get overheated thanks !

well i know my laptop is not for gaming but still 3 -4 months ago i used to play for 3 to 4 hours once in two tthree weeks and my game just goes nicely with 60 fps and no drops i hope i will get that pwrformance after cooling cpu

well i also want to ask one thing that a lot of times it happens that my laptop's charging slot's light becomes white and my laptop stops charging from that point and just stays at that percentage is it also because of cpu heating
