Issues when turning on Xbox

I've recently started to have a problem with my xbox where on start up it does one of three things:

Home screen opens then gradually fades to black with picture barely visible

Home screen opens then picture disappears entirely with vertical lines appearing across the screen

Home screen opens then picture remains but with colour distorted (looks like a colour filter is sitting over it)

I have to reboot it multiple times until it works alright. Sometimes it works fine first time.

Disconnected when turning Xbox on

So recently when ever I turn on my Xbox, I sign in perfectly but somehow I'm ALWAYS disconnected. I go to my connection settings and it states that I'm not connected. I then have to go downstairs, turn off my router, turn it back on, then turn my xbox on
and hope it connects. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. Why is this happening? It's when ever I turn on my Xbox it just won't connect what so ever unless I go downstairs and turn my router on and off.

Ya when I turn mine on, the screen is barely visible so I have to turn off then on again....wtf, $600 well spent.....

Sorry to hear about the issue. We have a troubleshooting guide for
Xbox One power woes that you should take a peek at. Run through all the steps and solutions listed there. If none of that helps, you may want to explore having your console repaired. That process can be initiated via the
Online Service Center.

G'day Gurt! Sorry to hear about the strange power issue that you're experiencing. When you say it crashes at startup from Instant-On, how exactly does it behave? Does anything appear on the screen? Does the console turn itself off, with the light on the
power supply going to orange?

One thing you can try for now is this: If the console is plugged into a power strip/surge protector, unplug it from that and plug it straight into the wall outlet instead. The power supply has a built-in surge protector, so there's no risk of power surge
when doing this.

If it's already plugged directly into a wall outlet, try a different outlet in the room if you're able to.

and the router connected to the modem is a USRobotics MAXg router.

\But i'm using a ethernet cable that connected to the modem.
