Issues when playing game pass games

So, you can play the games, it's just the advertisement for Game Pass that is bothering you - this can be exited, and the game can continue to be played after pressing the B button? You've been able to play without signing up for game pass? And when you Launch from the Store and from your Library, you have no issues whatsoever beyond the Game Pass Pop up? And this happens when you launch from the store and from your Owned games library?

I have the same issue except when i go to the store to download a games pass game it says i still have to join yet both of your links showed that i had Xbox game pass ultimate and i cant play or download any of my game pass games

Did you or someone in your household play it when it was on Game Pass? If you’ve played the game over two hours, it is not eligible for a refund, which could be causing your issue

You buy the game or you take by Game Pass Sevice? Because when you take in Game Pass, you can play since the game is disponble, when the game go out from game pass you need buy if you want play the game when the same go out from Game Pass Sevice
