Issues using "My Pins"

I have a couple of issues using "My pins" I was hoping you could help me with:

I can't pin the Netflix app (I can pin other apps).

favorite sites are not shown under pinned websites.

Ideas?

I really don't understand why people get so upset about the cool little ads they have...

Hey mate, I actually didn't even know you could pin stuff on the 360, but sure enough you can. I can't find any reason or similar issue as to why Netflix isn't allowing you to pin it, same goes for the websites. I can only suggest to make sure you have pinned
them correctly by following the steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../my-pins

Do you mean to say that you didn't encounter those issues with your console?

The Pin on Console is a different one then the one on your Microsoft Account.

i have been having the SAME EXACT issue.. when i'm browsing the store on my xbox, no matter what the game or app or category- there is NO option ANYWHERE on their pages to pin the item. And the option used to be there before.. I WANT THE OPTION TO PIN AN
ITEM, LISTED RIGHT ON THE PAGE FOR THAT ITEM- ON THE XBOX!

sure, you can get around the issue of not having an option to pin anything, by not even using the xbox and just using the smartglass app- but i want to do it with my xbox. please fix the bug- its VERY frustrating!!!

I’ve had my entire pin section disappear before. It seems your pins are tied to your XBL account (no idea why) instead of local. Any time there’s sporadic issues with XBL I can usually assume I’ll have pin issues.
