issues updating games

Xbox unable to update any of my games, thought it was my internet connection since yesterday, youtube got updated without any problem, but still not my games... got gold membership and cant play anything at all... tried everything possible...

Updating games issues everyday

Common issue. Just go on your memory settings where your storage devices are and hit Y to clear your cache. You'll have to re-download all your game updates (not Xbox Live Service updates) but it should fix it. It happens to everyone so but there shouldn't
be a major problem with your Xbox.

Well its sounds like i would suggest cleaning out your cache, if that does not work you will need to reset your console back to factory settings its unfortunate but may be your only option. good luck

might be your profile , try this ...go into settings and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till
it powers down , while it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there
and sync a little while but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

Does it give any error when you try updating the game? Try uninstalling a game completely, and then reinstalling it.

It says "unable to update"... tried that too...

I have the same problem. Started yesterday. I am having the same problem. Last few days I am missing menus. Screens take forever to move around. Can't update games. I am not part of any preview program. Xbox one just seems really inresponsive. I have
restarted my internet. I have powered off Xbox and restarted. Still a problem. Came to forum to see if there were others having the same issue and see they have exactly the same. Something is up.

Hey there sinfist, this is something we've heard of with other users too. How is your console connected to your network? Can you try a wired connection to see if that helps?
