Issues to staying connected to xbox live and party chat when playing certain games

Hey, recently, I am having and my nephew has been having issues with playing multiplayer online on various COD games, such as BLOPS 2, MW3, and more recently, Advance Warfare. I can connect to the online just fine and able to play online, but for some reason
I disconnect randomly, then get back logged back in ASAP by the console itself, and or I can't connect, and have to test the connection, but before I do that, I go to the network settings, and I am magically reconnected before I even think about doing the
network test.

It has been doing this back before AW came out, and it has been annoying myself and my newphew, because we can't play those games at all because we spend most of the time DC and reconnecting. It is not out wireless, unless its an problem that we can't find
with it, because other devices in our home don't lose connection at all like this like our xbox at all.

Also, for some reason, when we play those games also, we cannot access party chat at all, we can't connect with even our local friends to chat with them, and if we do, we disconnect very soon afterwards, I don't know what is up, any other game we play with
online multiplayer doesn't do this, only the COD does it, we don't know why!

Any ideas on how we fix it at all?

Small addition, Xbox Live Gold is only needed when they want to use certain features like online game play and party/chat.

 

Party Issues

is anyone having issues with xbox live parties lately??? when certain people enter a party, they cant hear or talk in the party and there is a X by their name. but u can here them in game chat just fine. its been happening all this week.
