    What Country/State/Province do you live in?

    Modem brand & model number: Unknown (apartment connection)

    Router brand & model number: Unknown (apartment connection)

    How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 1

    Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

    Things you have tried: Restarting Xbox, Using Wireless Connection

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Yes, I have a Closed NAT.

    Any Error Codes you encounter: I don't remember any.

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Mediacom

    I have been able to connect to Xbox Live. However, the NAT is closed, and it has been difficult to connect with other players. Thank you for your assistance.

    Can't uppdate/connect to xbox live?!

    The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

    Try installing the update again.

    If you are having problems connecting or staying connected to Xbox LIVE, see troubleshooting Xbox LIVE connection issues.

    Sorry to hear it. I presume that the building manager has set up free internet for the people who live there. You'll need to speak with him to arrange to open up the NAT or to allow your console on the service.

    360 console reccomendation?

    I would stay away from buying a used console. If the previous owner got a console ban you wont be able to connect to xbox live. Also if the previous owner was apart of the Entertainment for All plan and didnt pay the console cant connect to live.

    Hello,

    I'm have the same issue mentioned at the beginning of this form.

    Whether I am connected via wireless or wired in I seem to loose connection to xbox live and router shows no signal via the Xbox Network menu, when testing connect it will not connect acting as if there is no router, after about three minutes I'm able to
    reconnect. I have no issues while streaming, or while staying connected to Live. The issue only appears to happen when I begin to play competitive multiplayer.

    I have performed all manner of troubleshooting provided by the Xbox 360 suggestions, and connection troubleshooter.

    *Removed profile

    *Powered down the router

    *Cleared the cache three times (five for good measure)

    *Powered the router back on

    *Powered the Xbox on

    *Connected and stay connect for roughly 45 minutes.

    *ISP states that the connection is not being intermittent, and roommate is able to stay connected without issue. Finally the only difference between my roommate connecting and myself is that he is using a XBOX 360 N Networking Adapter connecting to the 5G
    dual band router while I'm left with connecting to the 2.4G wired or wireless.

    The 0032 error code suggests that your console is having issues staying connected to Xbox Live during the update process. If you are wireless please try connecting via ethernet cable for the duration of the download or try the steps listed at the link below.
