    Issues starting Hot Wheels


    Hi,



    I have bought the HOT WHEELS game for the Xbox One, and tough after including the code the game appears like installed, it doesn’t start when we launch it. It is the first time
    that we have this kind of incidence, as for the rest of games installed (before and after this one) there are no problems.



    I have reviewed the help included in the Xbox menus, but everything seems to be ok (storage, capacity…). It is something with this specific game.



    Any idea?

    Expansion pass for FH3

    Well... Yesterday I bought Expansion pass for FH3... And I have troubles with Hot Wheels DLC. I can't play on Hot Wheels DLC map, but can use Hot Wheels cars... With Blizzard Mountain all okay.

    I purchased the Forza Hot Wheels but it only loads Forza Horizon? How do you get the Hot Wheels game?

    Hi there!

    Many common issues like this can often be solved by fully power cycling your Xbox One. The instructions to do so are here:

    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Forza Horizon 5 - Hot Wheels DLC - Expedition not showing on the map

    I am having the exact same issue. Purchased Hot Wheels Expansion yesterday. The map icon Didn't show. Uninstalled. Made sure to reinstall on internal for both the game then the Expansion. I own it. Tried in my account and kids, both have completed the entry items. Hot Wheels never shows in the middle top of map. When I go to bring menu up and click Hot wheels it says I have to complete Hot wheels intro before I can fast travel there. The hot wheels intro icon never shows on the map.
