    issues since being a preview member


    I been apart the preview program for almost two years and I have started round 6 months ago till now been having issues on xbox. First issue I have gotten is I lost the ability to message people on xbox and for some reason on the xbox one app I have found
    a loop hole in where I can go on a 360 game I own on xbox one and use the 360 messaging version which works, second issue is that I can't make a group which I don't mind since I don't use that feature, third I can't upload a video anymore on upload studio
    which don't bug me much but now the 4 issue I lag out of my friends parties when I start a game and keep lagging out while playing with them unless I haven't open a game it's bugging me I don't know if anyone has had this kind of issue but if so please let
    me know of Microsoft please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue affecting some of our preview program members that caused us to delay MyVIP payback for April to ensure that they were being properly Rewarded. We have since resolved the issue, and are currently in the
    process of awarding April's MyVIP. You should see these Credits appear shortly.
