    Issues signing into my Xbox account


    Whenever I start my Xbox is says signing In(to my account) after about a minute of spinning it brings me to the home screen, not signed in, so I try to sign in with my controller same thing it spins for a minute then brings me to home screen. No error codes at all no pop up screen it just doesn’t sign me in thank you for any help

    PC Game Pass Family Sharing

    log into their account on pc, open the xbox app, sign them out of the xbox app and sign in with your account, download a game, if already installed on the other account it will be instant, sign out of the xbox app and back in with their account, play the game, have done this myself for my kids and my alt account on the same pc without issue (so far).

    Do you by chance have another console set to your Home Xbox for sharing purposes?

    I have had this issue before where signing into my 2nd Xbox (Sharing Gold) that my main account would sign in and force my Main Xbox to sign out my main account. It took me a while to figure out but if you do share, this could be the issue.

    I have managed to resolve the issue I believe. The Microsoft store was signed in with my non xbox email. I have signed out and then in with my xbox account and appears to have resolved the issue on the Xbox Beta App. Many Thanks.

    I had the same issue. I eventually signed up for an xbox account and linked it to my outlook account and that seemed to solve the issue. Hope that helps!
