Issues signing in to XBL

or is it just signing you out of your account? Does an error message appear when you try to sign back in? We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

removing your account from the console and downloading it back. Be sure to let us know the results!

I tried the cycling, console and modem. guess i"ll try to do the acct now

even now that I am signed in. Every time I try to launch a game it tells me to sign in with the account that purchased this title. I only have the 1 account.

so i removed the account, now when I try to add it again, at the point when I select add new I get a series of box"s and spinning wheels "loading wheels" and then it just goes back to the sign in screen. like I was supposed to get an error message but
i am not.

hello, and thank you. XB1 and not entirely, I just got the detailed network stats. but they are way off from normal upload speed not available and 61% packet loss. also at the bottom it says that there were a problem with some of the tests.
