Issues regarding dlc and digital codes for xbox 360

First i purchased dlc for a xbox 360 game and then when i tried to buy the main game,it showed the main game was region locked,Then i changed my 360 account region from browser to some random country and it still didn't work.So what i want to ask is

1_if i purchased an ntsc physical disc for my dvd region 1 xbox 360,will the game work regardless where i live or where i set the account region?

2_The xbox 360 dlc that i bought for the region locked game was done under the us account region,so will it still work when i changed my region to Asia region,assuming both my console and disc are ntsc?

3_finally is a digital code for a xbox 360 game region free?like how do these 360 game codes even work according to your console,actual region and account region?

Sorry for long summary,i just bought a new xbox 360 e for the first time so i got confused

If the game is region locked then a code for the game will be region locked. In order to download region locked content, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

so what will be the work around this,if the guy selling me the digital code for the game uses it on his new usa xbox account or whatever.Will i be able to use that account and download the game?

Unfortunately there is no work around for region specific issues. As stated in section 5 of

Microsoft's Terms of Sale, "5. Geographic Availability. Available products and services may vary depending on your region or device. In addition, there may be limits on where we can ship goods, or provide services or digital content. To
complete your purchase, you may be required to have a valid billing and shipping address within the country or region of the Store where you are purchasing."

Pretending to use a region on your account that you are not physically located in is not an option and using another account that is not yours is a violation of the code of conduct.

If a digital code is used, the content can only be accessed on the account it was redeemed on and the code cannot be redeemed more than once. It is against the

Code of Conduct to share account information, so selling or using another person's account to access a game you do not have a license for is a violation of this agreement and can get you banned from using Xbox Live.

but what about digital codes for xbox 360 games,i'm trying to buy the ninja gaiden 3 razor edge digital code from my seller.Like will that digital code work,is there some actual pal or ntsc codes for the xbox 360 console?

The 360 was indeed region locked . It'll be locked to the region of the console. Any dlc should work with your hand though if you already have that.

The 360 digital store is also region locked, but mostly by account rather than console.
