Issues Regarding Accepting Terms and Conditions for Xbox Live

I have been struggling with the new Xbox live conditions for weeks now. My account is an adult account on this site, but when I attempt to log in and accept the new terms, it brings up a parent email that is no where on my account. I've tried putting in
the correct password for the email and it didn't work. I have no child accounts, and I cannot connect to Xbox live until this is solved. Any suggestions?

Broken Parent Account?

Hi , If this involves accepting the new Xbox live Terms and Conditions, accpet it via Xbox.com, worked for many, hope this helps

Hey there,

To see if you have any family accounts or settings enabled visit
account.microsoft.com/family - to allow what they can do and cannot do visit
account.xbox.com/.../Settings

I also understand that you have an issue with confirm Terms of Service with your Microsoft account. First of all, sign with you Microsoft account and into this site:
https://account.live.com/ ‎

Then on very first site you should be able to edit your personal information. Please do that and make sure that all data are fill in and correct, later save it.

After that, please sign into:
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/

And go to My account > Privacy and online settings. Do the same with both accounts and make sure that your account is set up as an adult.

xbox has had problems with this because of the change from family pack to single gold(they are working on it). i would try deleting your accounts and then re-download them and see if that fixes the problem
