    Issues Redeeming Xbox Live Gold Card


    I bough an xbox live three month gold card off of Amazon last night. I am currently trying to redeem it however I am being told that the code has already been used. So... does this mean that somebody somehow stole it? Am I out of luck with my money? I don't
    exactly have the $25 to buy another one right now...

    Sorry to hear it. It seems as though the seller inadvertently sent you a used code. You should reach out to them for a replacement.

    The prepaid card you mentioned. Is this a card to redeem Xbox Live Gold? If yes, did it say it was successfully redeemed?

    I'm asking you this because your gamercard shows that you're still a Xbox Live Silver member.

    Thanks for making your post, just to clarify is the issue occuring with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold gift card? Or a pre-paid Visa debit card?

    yes xbox gift cards will work on pc,s and yes you need xbox live gold go for xbox live gold first.
