    Issues purchasing games digitally


    I recently attempted to purchase Xbox 360 games for the Xbox One, however when purchasing on the Xbox One I receive the following message:

    Sorry

    Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction on your Xbox.

    Just to clarify, I am purchasing this on my Xbox One, not Xbox.com. I do not have access to my 360. I can purchase Xbox One games with ease (standard procedure). The games I attempted purchase of were Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3. Yes, my restrictions
    on my Xbox one permit 18 rated games.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with purchasing the game. The reason you are unable to purchase a digital copy of the game is because the game is not available digitally in Ireland.

    Purchasing games digitally prelaunch

    You will need to purchase games using your own account region's game store. You will not be able to purchase games from a US game store if you're in the UK. If you go to this link
    here it will go to your own stores page based on your account region.
