    Issues Purchasing DLC


    Hello readers,

    Whenever I try to make a purchase on my One (I don't have this issue with my account on the 360) I get a notification that says I need to change my settings to allow purchases. I have my settings in order to allow for me to make purchases and download any
    content however I still cannot do so. Please help!

    Hi there,

    Could you go to the Xbox.com Account Settings page (account.xbox.com/.../Home) and then hit Online Safety on Xbox One. Verify that the purchase option is set to Anything and try again.

    I just went online and confirmed that my account is set to be able to purchase anything, however i still get that same error message when I go to make purchases.

    You can purchase the DLC with no issues. The only reason it doesn't show the game as being owned is because you own it on disc and have not purchased it digitally. It's not a requirement that it has to be purchased digitally to purchase the DLC.
