    Issues Playing Games on XBox Live


    Please help! My son has an Xbox 360 - that I know nothing about! he is trying to play a game with his friends via X-Box live, but when he tries to click on the game it says "The game could not start, try downloading the game again", but he is playing it
    from a disk that is in the X-Box?

    So, he ha the game in the console and has then logged onto X-Box Live, he clicks on the game and it loads then the disks stops loading and it gives the above error? Has anyone get any thoughts/resolution to this issue? I know nothing about X-Box's so I
    am at a loss!

    I tried that NAT error solution and it didn't work. I also forgot to mention that these problems also happen when I'm playing by myself. If I were in a Minecraft world by myself it would still go offline.

    @Dunk80 If Xbox Live is having issues, then you won't be able to play Destiny. It is an online only game. You will have to wait until Xbox Live services are restored. I cannot play any of the digital titles I have on my system because there is an issue with
    Xbox Live.
