    I want to play The Division Beta, but when I go to open it my system pops up " Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it,
    you'll need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x87de07d1)" I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game with the same results. I went to the live chat for support but got no response, so here I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I managed to get an Ambassador to help me and no longer require assistance.

    I got it the beta to work. what you need to do is to uninstall the beta completely then re-install it. it worked for me at least

    UBISOFT server is down at the moment. Reminds me of Homefront.

    Especially after a lengthy open-beta. I always assumed they used open betas to test servers, as well as other issues with the game.
