Issues on xbox x for apex legends. Tried everything

Since I started playing apex on my xbox x i get total loss of game audio at any time after match starts a good amount of the time, error code and eventually i cant load the game without being sent back to homescreen. Tried everything from unplugging power
for a few mins to a total hard factory reset and same issues keep coming up. Got fed up a few months ago and just used original x1 which has 0 issues. Missed playing on better detail which was only reason i spent a lot of $ on the xbox x and tv so i booted
it a couple days ago and tried apex. Was stoked thinking issues was gone as i played a few days working perfect until now losing audio and even if i do a hard reset i get hit back home when loading in. Any info would be appreciated as this is ridiculous
the most powerful console works fine for a while then hit with game ending problems my original x1 never has

Hi OGC,

Thanks for the update on what has worked. We would like you to check audio settings. To get there go to system>Audio>the middle one is chat mixer see where it is set to. If all the way to right you only hear party. For it completely cutting out, try another
game see if you have the same issue. If you don't then most likely server side causing the issue.

From what I see and hear from friends who play Apex it's very buggy. You should probably report your issue to the Dev's too, however they handle bug reports.

Are you using an external Hard Disk connected to the device? I think it could be some problems related to file corruption. Try uninstalling and re-installing Apex on the internal memory disk, as suggested in the previous comments.

If the option to uninstall and reinstall the game doesn't work I suggest you call for assistance,

Hi there!

There could be a few reasons why your game is having trouble booting up.

What i'm thinking is that at some point the files in the game could have corrupted, making the game not able to boot up.

One step to fix this could be un-installing the game, and re-installing it.

If this doesn't fix this, please let us know and we will help you go through the process of trouble shooting if that doesnt work.
