issues on creating a xbox live account for my child

Trying to create a xbox live account for my daughter, I got a problem because the expiry date of my credit card is 11/2021... The system only reach year 2020.

How can I solve that?

Creating child account for xbox live

I am trying to create an xbox live account for my son. I have created a microsoft account for him, and it is linked to our family account. I logged into his microsoft account and requested an online account, but when it asks for parental permission I have
a problem. I put in the email address for our microsoft account, but when it opens the window to login, the system will not let me log into my account. I thought maybe it was because I already had a microsoft account open in another browser window, so closed
the first window. This sort of helped, as it allowed me to log in, but then it navigated to an error message telling me that the page I was looking for is no longer there. So, I have no idea how I am supposed to approve the request if I cannot find it. I
don't understand why microsoft cannot just email the request to me, so I can approve it from my phone or tablet.

Any advice on how to find this request and approve it? Thanks.

Consent' guide and try each of the steps listed there.

Are both accounts set to USA? I have had issues with the account I created in Canada then I created my child account while living in the US. Issues galore and no apparent fix without closing my pre 1992 account.

Same issues. Couldn't migrate the offline account to a LIVE account for a child on the xbox. Had to set the account up online which generated a GamerTag. When I then went to the offline child account on the xbox it asked for the adult login to verify
- did that - then it said the email address for the child account was already associated with an Xbox Live account. The only thing I could do is create a new profile on the Xbox. It's ridiculous there is no way to associate the new Live Account/Gamer Tag
to the exisiting offline account for a child account.

In order to use the account you created, you will need to download the account to the console -

support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-360-console This will be different from your child's offline account. It is no longer possible to create a child account on the console, so you can't move their offline account to Live.

@Those having issues with Plants vs. Zombies - That is an online game. It requires a gold subscription in order to be played.

Logging into her Microsoft account directly on her device using the Minecraft app triggered the account creation for her XBox Account.

After completing this step and creating her account, I am now able to log into her account through xbox.com.

I still feel this is a bug on the Xbox website as the account creation method or some sort of resolution steps should be stated on the website for this exact scenario instead of

"We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.

The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

Thanks so much Brad for your guidance, this issue can be considered resolved.

Now its time for my daughters and I to build away! (hehe...they don't know about building TNT cannons yet, I will security set up a few to destroy their bases! Muhahahahahahaha.....*ahem*)
