I have recently got suspended from Xbox live services for 9999 years, when I go into the enforcement and read my report on why I was suspended it say for inappropriate language on December 23 but there's on problem my 10 year old child was playing it that
day when I was at work and he had no access to a mic. And another issue for me is that I have downloaded over $1000 dollars of games and in app purchases. I have taken an appeal test more than two times and I failed both times. The first time I took the test
I have studied for about an hour and then the second time I had help by a Microsoft employee and I still failed. I'm going on my 3rd day in a row on taking this test. I just want my account back and my games please help me. I have no idea what my 10 year old
could have possible done to get my account suspended but please help me get in contact with the enforcement team so I can please get my appeal and all of my games back. My banned account is named WarfarexReap3r. I know in the code of conduct it says that the
account is accountable for what has happened but please help me with what has happened. I will put on parental setting to block him from doing anymore harm to this amazing community.

Unfortunately the only information about your suspension will be what's listed on the enforcement site. There's no way to find out specifics about why they issues a suspension.

Suspension issues

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re adding the account.

You can submit a case review on the enforcement site. For you to get a life ban it must of been something big. It should give you a little more info on the ban on the site has well.

If when submitting a review its asking you questions you need to pass this before you can submit it

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If your ban got an extension that is not listed on the enforcement page there is no way to appeal it.

now since this happened my Xbox keeps screwing up continuously asking me to sign in, giving error codes for every game I try to play (this game is taking too long to load, Xbox guide is taking too long to load, etc etc) console continuously rebooting itself,
freezing, won't even let me add another account to my console.

Ffs it was perfectly fine before my suspension that shouldn't of even happened and now its going haywire!

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not post on the forums. Filing a case review is the only way to contact them. However, if it is only a 24 hours suspension, you will not be able to submit a review since it takes longer
than 24 hours for them to review the case.
