    My Xbox is having significant issues with launching games and apps. I either get the error message saying 'took too long to start' or it crashes. If the game does launch, I encounter errors such as
    the floor not loading, spawning with no guns, invisible enemies, not being able to move.

    If I hard reset, on occasion the HDMI does not detect or I'm met with a black screen. I factory restored my Xbox yesterday and it is still not working properly.

    I've tried all the troubleshooting options and I'm completely stuck for ideas.

    Hi I had an issue with mine I cleared my Alt. Mac address under advanced settings it helped now I do it once a week. Hope this helps

    factory resetand
    offline updateand still is doing the same. We recommend going to
    device support. Here you are able to register the console, check warranty, and set up a repair which we recommend at this
    point.

    How long has it been going on? Once in a while this happens to me but a hard reset usually fixes it. If it doesn't it clears up on it's own usually by the next day.

    Dashboard doesn't want to load

    That's a different issue ... This is about the Dashboard not loading.

    The console does work, play games, play games with online friends, etc.

    For my issue, I've already tried disconnecting the harddisk, but to no avail.

    When you had the console repaired, was it an official Microsoft repair? What games in particular are failing to load? Which ones are playing without issue?
