Issues installing Xbox Gamepass games

Hi, it's been 2 months since i first had this problem, long story short, one day i tried to play a game i was normaly playing and the Xbox windows close but the game doesn't launch, i tried to install other games and a error popped with the code "0x8007001f"
i searched for days a solution, tried everything but nothing worked, i conntacted microsoft support, they gave me new answers but nothing worked. Two month after that i open the Xbox app to see the new games, i gave a try to install one of them, it succesfully
installed, it launch and all ok, i tried to install a bunch of other games and three-four installed BUT a ton of them got this problem and this is where i am now, looking here for help becasue i don't know what else to do. Here is a 7 minute video showing

Delete the game data off your Xbox first. Then install the game using the disc that will solve the gamepass issue.

Do you own gamepass or are you gamesharing? Do you have issues with other gamepass games?

Yes got my own Ultimate Gamepass, all other Gamepass games work fine it seem to be just this game that wont install or run.

Even went as far as to buy the game on the App and still wouldn't install.

i cant install any games on the xbox app via gamepass,

i have halo installed on steam however that wasnt an issue when i played it yesterday

I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.

After two months with this issue a friend of mine recommended me to do one thing that worked for me and it's this:

- Press Windows Key and I at the same time

- Go to Updates and Security

- At the left side of the window click on Recovery, right below Problem Solving

- Select the first option that says Restore

Doing this Windows will reinstall the whole operative system again BUT, HERES THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS METHOD:

The entire C: hard drive (or where you have installed Windows) will be deleted, with this i mean every single folder in the hard drive EXCEPT the Users folder and after the reinstall
it will make a PDF in your desktop with a list of all the programs unistalled in the process. I recommend to save in other hard drive all the things before doing this method but this way worked for me.

DISCLAIMER, remember to save things like OBS scenes or anything like that from any program remember to save it, i say this because i suffered this.
