Issues installing Watch Dogs 2

Thanks for your help. The Xbox App has now allowed me to install it without any issues.

We will still proceed with installing the game digitally through the Xbox app, but before that, we will perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live, your saved progress and games will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts, but you can add them later.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I have restarted my mobile device. It still says "Launch on Console" so I am disconcerting my Xbox and then reconnecting. However, I have to charge my mobile device now. Will update when possible

I have powercycled my Xbox twice and have cancelled the installation and removed the disk and yet it still says "Launch on Console"

Kindly make sure that you have canceled the installation and then perform a powercycle, kindly restart your Xbox App as well to detect that you don't have the game installed.
