    Issues installing off the Xbox store


    So me and my friends decided to reinstall an old game we all own (evolve). All but one of us has managed to install it. The one who can’t has a greyed out install button that won’t let him reinstall the game even though he owns it. Does anyone know how
    to fix this or why its happening?

    Hey there this is the support page for the xbox one installing a digital game fails and also from personal experience clearing persistent storage twice and restarting your console can help alot with this issue

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Are you possibly located in Australia? There is an ongoing issue that is being investigated at this time for downloads not completing on console.



    If you are located in Australia hang in there and the proper teams will have that back up and running as soon as possible.



    If you are not can you post back with your current NAT type, detailed console network stats(Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics), and a photo of the console's physical location.



    Let's also have you try the
    slow downloads guide     to be sure everything is working properly.
    Yes, I am located in Australia and I was aware that there was an issue as seen on the status page. However, after It has supposedly been fixed, I am still having the same issue.

    Yes, I am located in Australia and I was aware that there was an issue as seen on the status page. However, after It has supposedly been fixed, I am still having the same issue.
