    Issues going offline


    Got my kids an xbox 1 s for Christmas. Did the system update at mother in laws house where there is internet and mostly installed their games. Brought it home where there is no internet. Now after setting to "go offline" It wants me to log in to play the
    games that were all the way installed and wont finish installing the games that were installed far enough for them to play while the install finished at the in laws. Help me get these turd birds off my jock

    Check out this guide on using Using Xbox Offline.

    Also check the games you want to play as some do state they require an internet connection.

    As long as you are filing complaints, these people will be investigated. But the enforcement team doesn't work instantly. They investigate every complaint they receive and they receive thousands of complaints a day so it does take time for something to happen.

    Xbox isn't working

    You may have to do an offline update to fix the issue or the Internal HDD is going bad. Try to do the offline update and hopefully it will fix the issue.

    Just want to play Gears 5 Campaign, getting 0x8b050033, locked out of solo campaign.

    Have you tried going into offline mode? Settings - Network - Go offline. That should let you play the campaign atleast until the issue gets fixed.
