    Issues getting the actual code for a digital crown purchase?


    Hello all -

    I purchased a crown pack for Elder Scrolls Online (Xbox One) a little over a week ago, that said it would include a code to be able to add the goodies to my account. I paid for it, it went through, I have all the confirmation numbers and everything says
    that the purchase definitely happened.

    The confirmation email itself reads: "You can download the digital products in your order and start using them right away. Yay!" And then a link to the page where you can download the digital products in your order - I'm assuming this is where I'd find the
    code. There's nothing there. The purchase history is there in all my 1am impulse bought glory, but all you can see is that I paid money, not that I received a good or service in return.

    Calling billing bounced me to Xbox One support, calling Xbox One support bounced me to Bethesda, calling Bethesda bounced me back to Xbox One. I'd just return it since it seems like it would be less hassle, but I figure I ought to try and figure it out first.
    I can't chat because for some reason the name boxes are grayed out, and it's required to be able to chat in the first place.

    Please help?

    Is there a crown by your rank/gamertag in game? I have read some issues about not getting cars, may want to check forzamotorsports.net for info regarding your issue.

    No way in hell is best buy gonna return a *** game code.

    Actually the purchase from the Microsoft Store was for a digital code to be sent to you.

    Hey I bought the digital version of GOW4 form Microsoftstore.com and never received my 10 $code

    Actually my purchase was for digital and not a physical disc.
    You may still receive the $10 code then. The 10th business day would be next week so it could just be too early to get your code.

    Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
    entering the code.

    25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.

    You have to buy Crowns to purchase the pack IN-GAME! It costs 2100 Crowns. At the END I found it out!
