Issues Downloading Users Private Voice Message Files from Microsoft Enforcement Portal

Good Afternoon !

We are currently having issues utilizing the Microsoft Xbox enforcement portal.

We are able to log into the system without issue and search for any Xbox system user within the database but when Viewing a individual users private voice chat history it does not give us the option to download voice chat files. We can
play them online through the portal only how do we download them?

Also is there a better way to search in a hierarchal manner a users private message history since they are kept forever regardless of state this can be a lot of data and we’d like to filter by date range instead of keyword?

Also what is the Percision of your network based physical address that every user in your system has? For any user we search your system reports in stores a can text you a location address but it appears this data is sometimes not accurate?
