Issues downloading DLC

Im having issues downloading NEED for Speed Most Wanted 2012 DLC and Multiplayer Updates 1 and 2 (need these fo thr Terminal Velocity DLC)

In such cases, we recommend trying first some basic troubleshooting steps such as removing your account and adding it back, clearing the Mac address as well as attempting a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. ( It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps) then try downloading the DLC again. However, if the issue persists, I would suggest getting in touch with the game support to report the issue as they will be able to investigate the issue and provide further solutions.

it doesnt show up with an error or anything and half the time it stop or doesnt update the download indicator and my wifi is fine. i did update the systen to its latest. and sometimes the downloads dont show up at all in the Downloads section of the dash.

We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. What is happening when you initiate the installation of the downloadable content? Does an error message appear when you attempt to install the content? Does the content show the download and upload speed during the installation process? We recommend testing the network and multiplayer connections in the network settings. Do any error messages appear when you test both of the connections? Be sure to let us know the results!

Often times a "Disc Unreadable" issue in regards to DLC is a corrupt download. Delete the DLC and re-download it from the LIVE servers.
