Issues downloading and with acces to payment options on X1

Hello, everything started a week ago when I wanted to buy the Metro Redux digital Bundle, when I hit the button to purchase (the one where you can find all the info about the game, the button on top of the "Pin to Home button") a grey screen appears and
after a while a loading ring, wich never loads anything. I thought It was just a regular problem that would get solve. The next dat I kept trying but nothing. After that I tried to buy Destiny, same grey screen, and even free demos don't download and I just
get the same grey screen.

I went to settings to check my payment and billing options but can't even access that. Just get a message after a loading screen that says: Try Again. There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again.

Tried to reach Contact support trough the web (chat) but when I hit the xbox one button nothing happens.
Contact Us | Xbox Support Even the Xbox web is very slow and crashing.

This is not the first time Im buying stuff on this X1, I bought my 12 moth gold account in june, bought and downloaded Titanfall in july, downloaded every free gold game since june and downloaded Lego: The Hobbit and Dead Rising 3 free demos without trouble.
Before I have been able to contact support trough the web because of an issue with Watchdogs achievements and had not trouble at all.

Help please. It seems I won't be able to buy and download anything.

Can't access Manage Payment Option

Everytime I try to acces the manage payment option page it comes up with an error. I need to remove a card on there but can't do it on here or on my console

 

payments being taken from a paypal acc no longer linked!

So I set up my childs xbox again yesterday after a few months of it being offline. I removed all payment options (namely my paypal acc) but this afternoon I have received 3 notifications from paypal saying my son has bought games etc. I have just again checked
the account online, and it says there are no payment options linked to acc so how has this happened? ?

 

Please try a system cache reset to fix your problems. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

If this doesn't help please try to have your profile deleted from your console and then download it again.

Are you at least able to access your account information at
http://account.live.com with a computer?

 

Ok. I'll do that. I think I reseted the console pushing the power button 15 seconds but I'll do it again. Will my archives (saves, games, etc) be deleted if I delete my profile from the console? Or will I lose anything regarding to account-profile association?

I can acces my info trough account.live, I can check my payment options and record of purchase, everything is fine there.

 

Did both. Didn't resolve problem.

 

Last idea would be to do a factory reset as it clearly seems to be an issue with your One, as you are able to access and configure your account settings on the Web so it's not an issue with your account.

 

What are the cons of a factory reset? Will I lose all installs and updates?

 

Yes correct. Unfortunately. You will have to install all the games and dlcs again, except they are installed on an external drive. But like with the profile removal your save games will not be affected.

 

Solved it.

This is what I did in case someone has a similar problem:

1. Cache reset.

Nothing happened.

2. Delete profile.

Nothing happened.

3. Delete credit card from http://account.live.com

Billing address of this card was not the same as the country where the X1 is. However I bought content before with that card and address and it worked fine.

Nothing happened.

4. Reseted Router. Everything was working fine with the X1 but I noticed a problem in my laptop. So just before restoring the X1 to default settings I reseted the router and it worked. Can see the options that before were not loading.

Final thought, It may be that it worked because it was the sum of all the procedures listed above, but I think it was just the router.
