    I am getting this issue.

    I was able to connect to XBOX live before and it happened . As per suggestion in the link,

    "

    1. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drive, or internal hard drive from the Xbox 360 console. Learn how to remove the hard
      drive      ."
    But I have a 2GB XBOX 360 and I dont have any hard drive to remove and reinsert.

    I tried

    Solution 4: Reinsert the storage device
    Xbox 360 E console

    The Xbox 360 E 250 gigabyte (GB) console has an internal hard drive, which can be removed and replaced. The Xbox 360 E 4 GB console has internal flash memory, which is not removable. An internal hard drive for the Xbox 360 E 4 gigabyte (GB)
    console can be purchased separately.

    Do I need to buy more harddrive?

    Also, I am not using too much memory, so why this problem all of a sudden

    Cant download the update

    Hey guys, i have a problem when i am trying to download the update, status code is: xxxx - xxxx - xxxx - xxxx - D000 - 0185, i have made the steps that xbox support says, but i still have the problem, i have also deleted cache eith no results

    It could be an issue with the storage device that is in the console. You may need to purchase an official 250GB, 320GB or 500GB hard drive for the console or, if it is still in warranty, you could see about sending it in for repairs.
