Issues connecting to Xbox live

Hi I'm having problems with my Xbox 360 Signing in to Xbox live. I can't sign into my live profile also tried signing into other profiles on my system that don't have live still wouldn't sign in and no error codes given. Ran the network setting test everything
was connected except Xbox live it will not connect to live it is a wireless connection.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide, Issues Connecting to Xbox Live, that is stickied? Do you receive
a particular error code when connecting to Xbox Live?

Hi black666rose, Thank you for your post today regarding your Xbox 360

Please click on this link http://support-origin.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache and follow the on-screen instruction on how to clear
your System Cache.

[Note] This solution does not effect any of your profiles or saved game data.

After clearing your System Cache please turn off your console & unplug your power supply for 3 minutes, then reconnect your power supply, turn on your console & try and sign into your account.

If your still having problems please do reply to this post so that I can provide you more information.

Do you receive the error "Cannot Connect to Xbox Live?" If so, she's right, connection issue, not a Gold issue. Go here for connection troubleshooting if that is the issue:

First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live
