Issues Connecting to Xbox Live

Since 26th of december I can mostly not connect to Xbox live. Sometimes i can play for a few minutes online and then the xbox disconnect me from xbox live. Before the 26th it works perfectly. But anyways, the test always fails at the spot between my
network and the internet. I've tried restarting my modem, router and xbox.

Can't Connect to Xbox Live

Hi Emer1710!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide, Issues Connecting to Xbox Live, that is stickied? Do you receive
a particular error code when connecting to Xbox Live?

Before we proceed, can you confirm that your Ubee evw3200 is operating in bridge mode.

Even if your Ubee gateway is not operating in bridge mode, it shouldn't restrict your console from connectivity to Xbox Live, less Internet, but it'll restrict how your console is able to function being behind multiple layers of NAT.

If it's possible, can you try connect your console, with an Ethernet Cable, directly to your Ubee, and let us know how that goes.

Do you receive the error "Cannot Connect to Xbox Live?" If so, she's right, connection issue, not a Gold issue. Go here for connection troubleshooting if that is the issue:

First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live
