Issues connecting to Netflix and Amazon Prime

Hi there i would perform a power cycle reset and remove your xbox profile and re add it in case its a issue with authentication, i would also reinstall the apps for both netflix and amazon prime video if you have not done already.

Sometimes temporary memory stored can cause problems, it could also be your networks router firewall blocking the connection so you may need to check your router firewall settings as well.

None of my other devices have this problem, and my other internet services on xbox work up until the point of trying to open Netflix or Prime video

I have tried this but it still didnt work.
